Meatless Marinara 🍝

by Tatianna Yougottalove

The best sauce that goes with everything!!!

This sauce sweet because of its onions and 🍅 tomato paste and chewy due to the soy chunks.
It’s rich in flavor and can go with any cooked grains or seeds as rice, buckwheat, quinoa and so on.

Usually I make a much bigger portion of this sauce, because my men love it.

If you don’t have any soy chucks or don’t want to use any soy, add peas instead. I did it once and I loved it.

You can also add chopped garlic cloves to give more flavor to it.
We had it with buckwheat.

The ingredients you’ll need:
Soy chuncks
onions
Tomato Paste
Spices: salt, paprika, garlic powder.

Fry with 3 tbsp of oil for about 5 minutes
Diced 6 onions
Then add
2 cups of soy chunks
Fry for another 5 minutes or until all browned then add
2 cans of tomato paste
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp garlic powder
3 cups water
Mix and lower the heat
Cook for about 20 to 30 minutes.
