Perfect dish for kids, especially for kids who miss eggs and hot dogs.
My boys enjoyed this dish tremendously.
Richard & I did too.
The ingredients you’ll need:
Vegan & gluten free hot dogs
Onions
Potatoes
Tofu egg
Spices
In a bowl dice the following ingredients:
1 pack vegan & gluten free hot dogs, diced
3 onions, diced
10-14 medium potatoes, diced Mix all
For the vegan egg, in a blender:
700g Tofu
⅓ cup oil
1 teaspoon black Himalayan salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder or onion powder
¼ cup nutritional yeast
2 teaspoons turmeric
Blend well and pour on top of potato mixture
Mix everything very well and then place the entire mixture into a baking pan, the one I used is 9″x13″ 3Qt / 22cm x 33cm 3L
Preheat the oven and bake for about 40-60 minutes.
I served it with homemade Za’atar bread.
