The ingredients you’ll need for this recipe:
Apple cider vinegar
White rice flour
Add into a bowl:
2 cups pumpkin puree (steamed)
1 cup cane sugar
2 tbsp vegan butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
⅔ cup oil
Mix everything well then continue to add:
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup arrowroot flour
1 cup oat flour
1 cup white rice flour
Combine and mix all the ingredients together, scoop with a tbsp and place it on the parchment paper.
Some of the cookies I baked in a heart shape molds.
Preheat the oven at 350F and bake for about 20 min.
If you don’t mind gluten use all purpose wheat flour.
