No Harm Done To Any Innocent Beautiful Animal In This Recipe 💚

OMG, when I was playing with the ingredients for this recipe I didn’t know what I was doing, and I was sure I’m going to fail with these cookies.🤔😋
When they came out of the oven I was so happy and excited.
The results were: my 4 men ate everything in one sitting.
They just loved them and Richard’s only complaint was, as always, the same “don’t make delicious food, it’s not our fault we finish everything”, LoL.

The ingredients you’ll need for this recipe:
Pumpkin puree
Vegan butter
Cane sugar
Vanilla extract
Baking powder
Apple cider vinegar
Arrowroot flour
Oat flour
White rice flour
Vegan chocolate chips

Add into a bowl:
2 cups pumpkin puree (steamed)

1 cup cane sugar

2 tbsp vegan butter

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp baking powder

2 tsp apple cider vinegar

⅔ cup oil

Mix everything well then continue to add:

1 cup chocolate chips

1 cup arrowroot flour

1 cup oat flour

1 cup white rice flour

Combine and mix all the ingredients together, scoop with a tbsp and place it on the parchment paper.
Some of the cookies I baked in a heart shape molds.

Preheat the oven at 350F and bake for about 20 min.

If you don’t mind gluten use all purpose wheat flour.
