Squash Soup

We love this soup, we can never have enough of it.

1 small sweet potato, peeled and chopped
1\2 kabocha squash
1\2 acorn squash
1\2 butternut squash
5 potatoes, peeled and chopped
1 red onion, peeled and chopped
Sprinkle oil on top
salt and pepper
onion and garlic powder
At the oven at 400 for 40 min

Now the fun part, peeling the halves.

In a big pot add 5 cups water and cook on medium for 10 min then blend with handy blender.
