Sweet and savoury white beans & buckwheat

The video is a little different then the written recipe.
In the video I use home cooked beans and in photos I used beans from the can with its liquid.

I was inspired from my good friend Kat.
She invited friends for a taste test for her vegan dishes and this was one of them that I enjoyed very much.

Sweet and savoury white beans:

6 garlic cloves, mince
6 onions, diced
cook till browned

then add
1 big can of navy beans, with the water
1 tbsp cane sugar
1\4 tsp salt
1\4 tsp pepper

Mix and cook on high heat for 15 to 30 min
Until you’ll get sticky texture


3 chopped onions
cook till browned

then add 2 cups buckwheat

1\4 tsp pepper
1\4 tsp salt
1\2 onion powder
1\2 garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
mix then add 4 cups water

Have it with cooked buckwheat, rice, quinoa or any other cooked grain/seed.
