The ULTIMATE BOWL of Creamy Pasta Salad – Family Size (GF)

Today, I made this Creamy Pasta Salad for my Boys.
This Super bowl can serve the entire family !

Hope you enjoy this Easy Homemade Pasta Salad recipe!

The ingredients you’ll need:
Corn
Small peas
Carrots
Red Bell pepper
Cilantro
Pickles
Potatoes
Vegan Mayo
Lemon
Himalayan salt
Pepper
Nutritional yeast
Garlic powder
Onion powder

We had it with vegan and gluten free burgers.

In a large bowl:
1 pack gluten free cooked pasta (450g)
1 can Corn
1 can small peas
3 Boiled carrots, diced
Red Bell pepper, diced
Small bunch of Cilantro, diced
6 Pickles, diced

Dressing – In the blender
1 cup mashed potatoes
4 tbsp Mayo
1 lemon
1 tsp Himalayan salt
Pinch of pepper
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp onion powder
2 tbsp water

Pour on top of the salad and mix well, Enjoy!
