How to make Raw Iceberg salad :
Ingredients:
1 head of iceberg, diced
1 large carrot, grated
1 daikon, grated
2 tomatoes, diced
5 green onions, diced
1 lemon, squeezed
1/2 – 1 orange, squeezed
4 tbsp coconut aminos
3 tsp dried chopped onions
4 tsp nutritional yeast
1 tsp Himalayan salt
4 tbsp rice vinegar
3 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp sesame seeds
Directions:
In a bowl mix all the ingredients together well and enjoy with your family members with raw crackers.
