Wanted to experiment with something different.
Potatoes, dough & cheese.
Filling & yummy!
Not everyone has the patience to play with dough, but if you have any desire to try bready recipes, you should enjoy making dough dish once or maybe twice a week.
It’s fun & delicious, and very filling.
For eating anything with dough, or anything that contains gluten is very heavy on us, we are not used to it, so I decided to create this type of recipes on the weekends.
We enjoy our meals more light, we are even doing every other day salads & fruits, we love it.
The ingredients you’ll need:
Potatoes
Baking powder
Spices
Oil
All purpose flour
Vegan cheese
In a bowl
8 medium potatoes, peeled & boiled
3 tbsp oil
¼ tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
Mash all well then add
2 cups all purpose flour or more, mix & knead
Cut the dough in half
Oil or flour the surface & flatten one piece of the dough by hand or with a roller, add on top cheese, if you want it cheesy I suggest to add twice as much as me, as you can see in the video.
Note: don’t flatten it thin.
Now place the second piece and flatten it by hand on top, or flatten it on a surface and then place it on top of the first dough & cheese.
Close and pinch around, then cut into triangles and fry on both sides.
So crunchy on the outside, soft & delicious on the inside 😉😋
