Vegan and gluten free PIZZAS DAY, YAY!!!!

I wanted to gather my friends to make pizzas together so that each individual can create their own pizza, so I made sure everyone was available for Monday to have a full day of pizza.

I made 3 types of gluten free dough’s.

I chopped all the vegetables I had in hand.

We had 5 types of cheese, 2 of which were home made by my friend, Kat.

I mixed in a big bowl 2 types of tomatoe sauce, little of oil, salt and pepper.

Each adult and child personalized their own pizza with their choice of ingredients.

Can you imagine how many pizzas we made that day?

LOL, lots of them.

It’s work, but it’s worth it especially when we do it once in a while.

And the best part about it, that it’s a very good activity for the kids and a great idea for birthday parties.

The ingredients that we used on top of our pizzas were:

Cut into halves and into thin layers – zucchini, tomatoes, bell peppers, mushrooms, red onion.

Chopped green olives,chopped cilantro\parsley, spinach.

My friend brought small broccoli florists.

Scrambled tofu.

Each one of us had parchment paper to roll the dough and prepare their pizza.

So lets start with the first dough that I made for all of us.

First thing to do is to activate yeast.

2 1\2 tsp dry yeast + 2 tbsp warm water + 1 tsp cane sugar = mix well and set aside.

Add the next ingredients in a bowl:

1 cup amaranth flour

1\2 cup tapioca flour

1 cup oat flour

1 cup white rice

1 tsp baking powder

3 tsp of ground flax seed

Mix everything well then add yeast and slowly start to add water and mixing with your hands until it forms it’s shape.

Our first pizzas


The second dough:

I started with adding dry ingredients into a bowl

1 cup arrowroot flour

1 cup dark buckwheat flour

1 cup brown rice flour

3 tsp ground flax seed

1 tsp cane sugar

1\4 tsp salt

1\4 tsp pepper

1 tsp baking powder

Mix everything very well, ( I made the mistake of adding water before I mixed all the dry ingredients )

Then add

1\4 cup olive oil

2 cups water

Mix well with hands, if needed add more water or flour.

Each and their own, lol.

Third type of dough

Dry ingredients in a bowl

1 cup bean flour

1\2 cup psyllium husk powder

1 1\2 oat flour

1 1\2 cup white rice flour

2 tsp ground flax seed

1 tsp baking powder

1\2 tsp salt

1\4 tsp pepper

1 tsp cane sugar

Mix everything well then add

2 cups water + 1 tsp grape seed oil, mix well by hand till it forms into shape.
