Party size cheesy vegan dog platter

Before you start cooking, soak 1 pack gluten free pasta and set aside.

Now, lets start cooking. I was using grape seed oil.

chop\dice 4 red onions, I was keeping them in cold water, I’m a big crier when it comes to chop onions, Lol.

dice 6 garlic cloves

chop\dice vegan and gluten free hot dogs

I cooked the onions till they browned then I added 1 cup frozen corn and 1 cup frozen peas.

cook for 10 min then add 2 to 2 1\2 cups tomato sauce (you can use tomato paste instead), and 1 to 1 1\2 cups water .

1 tsp of each- salt, garlic  powder, onion powder, oregano.

1\4 tsp pepper

2 tsp paprika

 

Mix and cook for 5 more min.

when ready strain the pasta and mix it together.

As you can see the pasta doubled in size.

Now we are ready to layer it in a rectangular baking dish.

mine was 22cm x 33cm.

Oil it with a brush.

first the hot dog mixture

Then grade cheese on top

And again, mixture and then cheese

Ready to go into the oven.

I covered it with aluminum foil to be cooked well for 40 min, then take it off and cook for another 5 or 10 min.

We had it with this delicious salad.
