Ingredients

  • 1β…“ cup milk, mine was soy
  • Β½ cup oil, mine was grape seed
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • ΒΌ tsp salt
  • Β½ tsp baking powder
  • Β½ cup cane sugar
  • β…“ coconut sugar
  • 2 tbsp ground Chia seeds
  • Β½ cup coconut flour
  • Β½ cup all purpose gluten free flour
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • Β½ cup chocolate chips
  • Β½ cup milk, mine was almond
  • Β½ cup coca butter
  • Β½ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions

In food processor
1β…“ cup milk, mine was soy
Β½ cup oil, mine was grape seed
1 cup cocoa powder
ΒΌ tsp salt
Β½ tsp baking powder
Β½ cup cane sugar
β…“ coconut sugar
2 tbsp ground Chia seeds
Blend everything well then add
Β½ cup coconut flour
Β½ cup all purpose gluten free flour
Process again well then add
1 cup chopped walnuts or moreπŸ˜‹, mix with spoon
Bake at 350 for 20 to 30 minutes

Chocolate cream
On the stove melt for about 2 to 3 minutes
Β½ cup chocolate chips
Β½ cup milk, mine was almond
Β½ cup cocoa butter
Β½ cup cocoa powder
1 tbsp maple syrup

I didn't wait for the cake to cool, I was too excited.
I poured everything and spread it out then I sprinkled with sprinkles.
