Ingredients
- 1⅓ cup milk, mine was soy
- ½ cup oil, mine was grape seed
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ cup cane sugar
- ⅓ coconut sugar
- 2 tbsp ground Chia seeds
- ½ cup coconut flour
- ½ cup all purpose gluten free flour
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- ½ cup chocolate chips
- ½ cup milk, mine was almond
- ½ cup coca butter
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
Instructions
In food processor
1⅓ cup milk, mine was soy
½ cup oil, mine was grape seed
1 cup cocoa powder
¼ tsp salt
½ tsp baking powder
½ cup cane sugar
⅓ coconut sugar
2 tbsp ground Chia seeds
Blend everything well then add
½ cup coconut flour
½ cup all purpose gluten free flour
Process again well then add
1 cup chopped walnuts or more😋, mix with spoon
Bake at 350 for 20 to 30 minutes
Chocolate cream
On the stove melt for about 2 to 3 minutes
½ cup chocolate chips
½ cup milk, mine was almond
½ cup cocoa butter
½ cup cocoa powder
1 tbsp maple syrup
I didn't wait for the cake to cool, I was too excited.
I poured everything and spread it out then I sprinkled with sprinkles.
