What’s For Breakfast? Whole family Breakfast Recipe 😋

by Tatianna Yougottalove

I wasn’t sure what to make for my men this time, so I checked my refrigerator and found a few ingredients that needed to be used.
Sooooo simple, but amazingly tasty and filling.

You can serve it with bread or 🍚 rice!

This is an amazing dish for young kids because of the soft texture and it’s sweet and tasty. 😊

The ingredients you’ll need:
Long peas
Tofu
Zucchini
Red onion
Tomatoes
Spices

Before you start, cut an X onto the bottom of 6 tomatoes, place them into a large bowl and fill it with boiling water and make sure they are fully covered.

Fry in a pan/ pot:
3-3½ cups diced long peas
350g diced tofu, I used spiced soya bean
1 zucchini, diced
1 large red onion, diced

Fry vegetables on medium – high heat, to your liking or till browned then add:

Spices
1 tsp black Himalayan salt
¼ tsp pepper
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp turmeric
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
2 tbsp dry chopped onions

Mix well and let it fry for another few minutes.

Peel & dice tomatoes, add onto your pan and fry for another 15-20 on medium to high heat.

We had it with 🍞 bread.
Enjoy!
