Yellow buckwheat with ground soy and veggies

Ingredients

  • 1 Diced onion
  • 2 chopped carrots
  • ½ to 1 cup corn
  • ½ pack ground soy
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • Mix and add:
  • 2 cups dark buckwheat

Instructions

So easy and fast to make but above all it came out really delicious.

1 Diced onion
2 chopped carrots
½ to 1 cup corn
½ pack ground soy
Fry it on high heat for 5 to 10 min then add:
1 tsp salt
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp onion powder
¼ tsp pepper
Mix and add:
2 cups dark buckwheat
Add water till everything is covered
Cover with lid and let it boil for a few min then lower the heat and cook for about 20 to 30 min without opening or mixing it if you want it to come out separately.
