How To make TASTY & FLUFFY Strawberry Pancakes – Gluten free

Here is another lovely pancake recipe for breakfast. I love strawberries and the best part is it is Vegan and Gluten Free. It is also Quick and healthy breakfast to make for your family

My men loved it so much, Richard and I had it with a cup of coffee.
It goes so well with fresh strawberries.

Enjoy!

The ingredients you’ll need:
White rice flour
Brown rice flour
Potato starch
Tapioca starch
Frozen strawberries
Cane sugar
Agave nectar
Baking powder
Apple cider vinegar

Blend the next ingredients:
1 cup frozen strawberries, thawed
¼ cup cane sugar
¼ cup agave nectar
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp tapioca starch
2 tbsp potato starch

Then add
½ cup white rice flour
½ cup brown rice flour
And blend again

Heat up your non stick pan and scoop batter with 1\4 cup and fry on both sides till slightly browned.

Cut with a cookie heart shaped cuter and decorate with icing sugar and fresh strawberries.
