Creamy Pasta Lasagna

Today, I was inspired by one of the video recipes that I’ve seen on Facebook.
The recipe was not even a vegetarian recipe or gluten free.
I want to show you how you can recreate the same recipe not only Gluten-free  but most importantly VEGAN.
We are living in time that awareness and awakening is accelerating and there are many vegan substitutes for ingredients that there is  no real excuse to not go vegan.

Creamy Pasta Lasagna

Ingredients

  • Ingredients:
  • 1 pack gluten free spaghetti
  • 1 pack vegan and gluten free hot dogs
  • 6 onions
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 or 2 cups pasta sauce
  • 4 tbsp cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp mayo
  • 1 pack Cheese

Instructions

Directions:
Boil spaghetti until almost cooked
Fry with oil until brown 6 diced onions and a whole package of diced hot dogs.
When it gets brown add 1 to 2 cups pasta sauce and cook for 5 to 10 minutes more.
When spaghetti is ready, drain and add 2 tbsp butter, 4 tbsp cream cheese and 2 tbsp mayo.
Mix well.
Now it's time to make lawyers on the baking dish.
First layer of Spaghetti and a sprinkle of salt.
Next add a layer of cheese followed by
Sauce with hot dogs.
Repeat with the same layers a second time.
Bake in the oven at 350 for 20 to 30 minutes, until it's Brown on the top.
