In this video I’m making regular crust & gluten free crust!
When Richard and I were shopping, I notice the were pizza buns in a closed box.
Since then I couldn’t stop thinking and planning to make personal pizza.
Finally, I decided to make it, and I know most people aren’t gluten-free so I also made regular dough.
It’s my first time making this recipe, I haven’t made personal pizza for a long time.
Add any veggies you like, I used what I knew my boys will enjoy on their pizzas:
Tomatoes
Green olives
Onions
Mushrooms
Bell peppers
As the base we used:
Tomato sauce
Store-bought cheese or
Homemade cheese
The ingredients you’ll need for regular dough:
All-purpose flour
Yeast
Sugar
Salt
Instructions:
Add into a small bowl
1 tsp active Yeast
1 tsp sugar, I use cane sugar
1 tbsp lukewarm water
Mix and let it activate
Add into a big bowl
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
Mix and make a crater in the middle, add the yeast-mix and slowly mix with a wooden spoon, slowly start adding water, and continue mixing until 1 cup of water added.
When the flour is mixed with the dough, now it’s time to kneading until no more flour left.
Cover the dough and let it rise for around 20 to 30 minutes, or until you finished preparing the vegetables.
When ready, sprinkle flour on the dough and knead for a minute.
Roll the dough and cut into 8 pieces.
You can cut into even smaller pieces if you want your pizza smaller.
Flatten each piece, between 6-8in.
Spread tomato sauce, add your favorite vegan cheese and enjoy topping with your choosing vegetables.
Preheat your oven at 350 and bake for 20-30 minutes.
