Sausage Quinoa Veggie Bowl

When you don’t know what to cook for your man, or he just came back home from work and you want cook something fast and savory here is something fast, easy, spicy and filling.
You can serve with plain quinoa or rice.

Fry on pan on high heat for 15 to 20 minutes
1 onion, cut thin into circles
1 pack sausages, cut thin into circles
4 to 5 garlic cloves, cut thin
Β½ pack asparagus, cut thin
4 to 5 mushrooms, cut thin
1 or 2 small red bell pepper, cut thin into circle

Then add
Spices:
Β½ tsp salt
ΒΌ tsp pepper
β…› tsp cayenne pepper
Β½ tsp onion powder
Β½ tsp garlic powder
β…› tsp chili
Β½ tsp red pepper powder
Β½ tsp chili flakes
1 tsp nutritional yeast
1 tsp paprika
and cook for 5 minutes
