I love any dessert that’s mixed with any type of nuts, I just enjoy the combination of both, sweet and nutty 😋.
This recipe is vegan & gluten free, but you can substitute gluten free flour with all purpose flour.
The Ingredients you’ll need:
Walnuts
Sugar
Vegan butter
Oat flour
Brown rice flour
Tapioca starch
Or All purpose flour
Baking powder
Cocoa powder
Chocolate chips
Plant base milk
In a pan
1½ cup walnuts
1¼ cup sugar
½ cup butter
Fry on medium heat, until everything melts, about 15 minutes.
In a bowl
1 cup oat flour
1 cup brown rice flour
1 cup tapioca starch
1 tsp baking powder
½ cup cocoa powder
Mix all the dry ingredients together very well, so there are no lumps.
Then add:
½ cup chocolate chips
2½ cups milk
When the walnuts are ready add the mix into the flour bowl, and mix again.
Pour everything into a baking pan and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
Came out Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
