HOME Grown Lettuce Salad | Juicy & Delicious Recipe Salad

Yields 4-6 servings!

This salad was so good, we finished it all in one sitting.
We had it with baked spaghetti and meatless balls πŸ˜‹

The lettuce is from our backyard, and this time of the year it came back in abundance, we had so much we needed to give it away to our family & friends πŸ’š.

The ingredients you’ll need:
Lettuce
Tomatoes
Cucumber
Pickles
Cilantro
Dandelion
Green onions
Raisins
Lemon
Seeds
Homemade feta cheese
Dressing

Bunch of lettuce, cut by hand
1 English cucumber, peeled, diced or chopped
2 large tomatoes, diced or chopped
3 pickles, diced or chopped
Handful of cilantro, diced
Handful of dandelion, diced
ΒΌ-Β½ cup green onions, diced
ΒΌ – Β½ cup raisins
3 tbsp mixed super seeds, it also contain Himalayan salt, so you may add Β½ tsp salt in your salad if you don’t have this kind of mix.
4 tbsp of olive oil
4 tbsp red wine vinegar
Mix well and top it with homemade feta cheese!
