Pecan Pie | The Best Dessert Ever For Your Guests

This sweet and delicious 😋 pecan pie 🥧 is one of the most amazing dessert I ever had.
I never thought I’d be able to create something remotely close to what you’ll find in bakeries, but I’ll confess this is much better then store bought pie.
We all enjoyed this pecan pie tremendously, so much so that I needed to stop myself from baking it again and again.

If you don’t mind gluten use all purpose flour.

The Ingredients you’ll need:
White rice flour
Tapioca starch
Sugar
Cream cheese
Butter
Pecans
Maple syrup
Vanilla extract

Crust:
In a bowl add
1¼ cup oat flour
½ cup tapioca starch
OR 1¾ – 2 cups all purpose flour
½ cup sugar
Mix and continue to add
⅓ cup Cream cheese
2 tbsp butter
⅓ cup boiling water

Mix well, and then use your hands to form it when it’s cooled down a little bit.

Note: If it feels too sticky add a little bit more flour.

In a round baking pan place parchment paper. Flour your hands and flatten the dough, or another way is to roll the dough in between 2 parchment papers, as you can see in the video.

Cook on high heat for 5 to 10 minutes:
1½ cups Pecans, sliced
½ cup Sugar
½ cup Maple syrup
1 tsp Vanilla extract
2 tbsp Butter

When ready pour on top of your crust.

Preheat the oven at 350 and bake for 20 minutes!
