Vegan Feta Cheese Recipe | How to make Vegan Cheese

by Tatianna Yougottalove

This amazing, quick and easy feta cheese incredibly tasty and very similar to the original cheese.

My first time trying it after its been in a jar for over a week, and I can’t tell you how amazed I was of its flavor. I just wanted to enjoy it with bread as I used to have when I was young. Grab fresh bread, tomatoes, green onions, and some vegetables of your choices and enjoy it with this delightful feta cheese.

Or add on top of vibrating, delicious salad.

When I made it for the first time, I used tofu that was soft, but in this video, I’m using firm tofu.

The first time was amazing. I’ll suggest to try with a few different textures of Tofu until you’ll find your favourite one. The taste will be probably the same because you’ll be using the same ingredients for each tofu pack, but different quantity, depends on the size of your tofu.

The ingredients you’ll need:
Tofu
Salt
Water
Jar

Instructions:

Choose your texture of Tofu (just not silky, not sure it will work), and the size.

Depends on the size of your Tofu, choose the jar.

Cut tofu into cubes, medium size.

Count and add the water with measure 1 cup.

For each cup add 2 tsp salt, and make sure all the Tofu is covered with water.

If you added 3 cups of water, add 6 tsp of salt.

In each cup, I added 2 tsp salt, and I mixed well before adding into the jar, I continued same way until all my Tofu was covered with water.

Let it sit in the refrigerator for about a week or so, and enjoy.

Let me know how did it turn out for you!
