No Bake Lasagne + Tomato Corn Salad | Kids friendly Recipe #3

My Boys LOVED This Dish!
It was cheesy, tasty and very easy to prepare.
Best to serve with side of salad.

The ingredients you’ll need for lasagane:
Garlic cloves
Onions
Tomato paste
Tomato sauce
Basil
Lasagne sheets
Vegan cheese
Homemade feta cheese
spices

The ingredients you’ll need for salad:
Cucumber
Tomatoes
Palm hearts
Corn
Pickles
Dressing

Choose dip and wide pan/pot

Fry on high heat until browned:
8 garlic cloves
4 onions, cut in quarters and sliced
When ready and browned add
1 can tomato paste
1.1L tomato sauce
1½ cup water
A few leafs of basil, or a small handful
Cook on high heat for 5 minutes

When ready remove most of the sauce, and leave thin layer in the pan.
Put down the first layer of lasagne sheets over the surface.
Then cover the lasagne with sauce, sprinkle cheese on top, sprinkle salt & pepper. I’m not using pepper because of my boys, they are not big fans of pepper.
Sprinkle nutritional yeast.
Then do it again until your lasagne sheets are done & covered.
On the last layer also add some onion powder and homemade vegan feta cheese.

Cover with lid and lower the heat, cook for about 40 minutes.

Salad:
In a round big flat dish place in layers
Chopped cucumber
Corn
Chopped tomatoes
Chopped palm hearts
Corn
Chopped tomatoes
Chopped pickles
Pour dressing on top
Oil + Apple cider vinegar + Himalayan salt + Dill + Cilantro + Lime
